“No experience necessary”

Each Restore Session contains Strength, Endurance and Flexibility training.  So pick any time convenient for you and plan for a total body workout.

The Average class contains a couple minute warm-up, group stretching and then into strength and cardio (kickboxing et al) focused exercises. The last 6-8 minutes are martial arts stretching, yoga and foam rolling.

Your First Time

On your first visit, you’ll be greeted by our coaches who will want to know a little about you and your fitness level and goals.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class for a quick conversation and an explanation of what to expect.

Parking is available underneath our facility at 1990 Westwood Blvd #105, Los Angeles, CA 90025 for $1 per an hour with our provided validation.

What to Bring

Comfortable workout clothes and water.  Much like yoga, our workout is performed barefoot on mats, but socks are acceptable.

We recommend mat or yoga socks for safety.  If you have boxing gloves bring them along.

If you don’t, it’s all good.  We got your hands covered.
